The CRFM has established this Grievance Redress Service to ensure that individuals, groups, and entities across our stakeholder community have access to redress in the event that they feel aggrieved by actions taken by the CRFM or any person or entity working on our behalf to deliver upon our mandate. This extends to work being executed through projects being implemented by the CRFM. This service was designed to address various forms of grievances, principally classified as:
