This Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) is a formal, transparent, and accessible process established by the Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism (CRFM) to enable stakeholders to submit concerns, complaints, or suggestions related to CRFM policies, projects, or operations, and to have those concerns addressed in a fair, timely, and respectful manner.

As a project implementation and executing agency, the CRFM continues to build its capacity and operational structures to be in alignment with international good practice. This GRM system satisfies the requirements as per the CRFM’s Environmental and Social Safeguards Policy (ESS), as well as the requirements from project donors.
