A written assurance provided to the complainant that any personal or sensitive information shared during the grievance process will be kept private and only disclosed to those directly involved in resolving the matter. Its purpose is to protects the complainant from retaliation, stigma, or discrimination. Complainants are protected from retaliation through CRFM’s Whistleblower and Protection Policy. Anonymous complaints accepted but may limit follow-up capacity.
